By accessing or using Circles IN, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. User Accounts
Account Responsibility: To create an account and use Circles IN, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18.
Eligibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Profile Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3. Use of Circles IN
Sports and Social Activities: Circles IN provides a platform for users to find, join, and organize local pickup games and social events. Users are responsible for their conduct during these activities.
Event Hosting: Hosts of games and events must provide accurate details, including time, location, and skill level required. Hosts are responsible for ensuring the safety and suitability of the venues they use.
4. Disclaimer of Liability for Events Outside Circles IN
Circles IN solely facilitates connections between users for the purpose of organizing or participating in sports and social activities. We do not have control over the events or interactions that occur once users meet in person or communicate outside of the app. By using Circles IN, you acknowledge that:
Circles IN is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss, or any other harm or damages that occur before, during, or after any events, games, or social interactions initiated through the app.
Circles IN is not responsible for any criminal activity or misconduct, including but not limited to physical harm, theft, harassment, or any form of assault that may occur as a result of using the app or attending events organized via Circles IN.
Any transportation, venue selection, and safety measures are the sole responsibility of the individuals organizing or participating in the event. Circles IN disclaims all responsibility for any actions or incidents occurring at or around the location of any user-organized event.
5. Disclaimer of Liability for Property Damage
Circles IN is not responsible for any property damage or loss that occurs at venues, courts, or while using sports equipment during events organized through the app.This includes, but is not limited to:
Damage to public or private courts, playing fields, or venues used for games organized on Circles IN.
Damage, loss, or theft of sports equipment or personal belongings used or brought to events organized via Circles IN.
Responsibility for ensuring the proper use of venues, courts, and equipment rests solely with the individuals hosting or organizing the games or events. Hosts must ensure that all participants abide by the rules of the venue and use equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Any disputes, damage claims, or compensation related to property damage must be resolved between the individuals involved, and Circles IN disclaims all liability in such matters.
6. User Conduct
UserProhibited Conduct: Users may not:
Use Circles IN for illegal activities.
Harass, abuse, or harm others.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Violation of Terms: Circles IN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful conduct.
7. Limitation of Liability
Circles IN is not liable for any incidents, accidents, or harmful situations that occur outside of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
Incidents during games, events, or meetups organized through the app
Criminal activity, harassment, assault, or harm to any participant before, during, or after events.
Any loss or damage to personal property or equipment at the event.
By using Circles IN, you agree to hold Circles IN harmless from any claims, demands, or damages arising from interactions or activities that take place outside the platform, including property damage or loss.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content and materials on Circles IN, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of Circles IN or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
User Content: By submitting content (such as photos or event listings) to Circles IN, you grant Circles IN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, and display such content.
9. Modifications to the Service and Terms
Changes to the App: Circles IN reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the app at any time.
Changes to Terms:We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
