REFUND POLICY

Fee Structure Overview

Each ticket purchase includes a ticket fee, platform fee, applicable taxes, and payment gateway charges. Refunds are processed based on the nature and timing of the cancellation. All ticket purchases are final and non-cancellable by guests. Refunds, if applicable, will only be issued in accordance with the host’s cancellation policy.

Refund Scenarios

  1. Event Cancelled by Host

    If an event is cancelled by either the host, the guest is eligible for a refund of the ticket fee, platform fee, and applicable taxes (but not the payment gateway charges).

  2. Guest Removed by Host

    If a guest is removed by the host, the guest is eligible for a refund of the ticket fee, platform fee, and applicable taxes (but not the payment gateway charges).

General Notes

All refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking processes.
